Here at Valentine Farm we rear rare-breed Saddleback pigs. They do, however have a little more fat than the commercial breeds but produce fabulous, tasty pork that our customers appreciate. Such amazing crackling at the side of your Sunday roast dinner. These breeds are extremely popular with our customers as they are full of flavour. Our favourite on the farm has got to be a shoulder of pork, just so tender, amazing taste and easy to cook especially with a slow cooker.
